Screenflow is an application that allows you to record what you do on the computer screen. Once you record it, you can edit it by adding transitions, callouts, scaling, annotations, and you can split clips, and delete parts of the screenflow you don't want. You can also pause the screenflow while recording, and immediately start editing once you stop.
The tools used could be transitions, callouts, scaling, annotations, split clips, and text boxes. The video shows how to use all of the tools used, how to export, and how to edit clips. Some important parts of the video include showing how to use the tools, how to record and how to export the screenflow. Screenflow may be important in my future because I can record how to do projects in high school and in college. In high school, if I need to show somebody how to do something on the computer, I can record it, export it, and email them/ show them. In college I can record things and add to an essay, and do the same as in high school.

Missing some annotations and callouts on the video portion of the tutorial; however, you did elaborate a little more than usual in the paragraphs which is a good start for you, but keep adding more detail to describe what it is you are writing about. You need more of a variety with your vocabulary every sentence is using the word but in it.
